Directlee

Is this page for you?

If you’re a Directlee partner, you’ll see Affiliate (or Partner) in your dashboard — with your stats, code, link, and activity. That’s your home base for how you’re doing.

How someone counts as “yours”

When a new customer joins Directlee using your promo code (or your shared link that sets that code), you’re credited for that signup. From there, Directlee tracks how that subscription goes — trial, paid period, or if they leave — so your dashboard always reflects your share.

You don’t need to track spreadsheets for “did checkout recognize me?” — if it’s on your screen, it’s counted for you.

Your path to payouts

Think of each person you referred like a small line on a friendly statement:

What you seeWhat it means for you
TrialYour future commission is waiting for their trial to end and for them to become a paying customer. You’ll see an expected amount — that’s “if they stay, this is what you’re lined up to earn.”
ActiveThis is your real money — their subscription is in a paid, current phase, and the amounts shown as earned are yours to count on for payout according to how Directlee pays partners.
CancelledThe customer left, so this commission line no longer builds the way it did when they were subscribed.
ExpiredThe signup didn’t complete in a way that keeps a live subscription — treat it like a closed chapter, not ongoing earnings.

Your earnings are locked in fairly: the percentage that applied when that referral started stays with that referral. If your rate changes later, past referrals keep their original deal — so you’re never punished for growth.

What the big numbers mean

  • Total earnedMoney that’s already counted from people who are paying (or have paid) on active lines.
  • Pending from trialsMoney you’re lined up for once trials convert — not cash in hand yet, but your “waiting room.”
  • Active subscriptions — How many referred customers are currently in a good, paying place for you.
  • Your code & link — Share the link Directlee gives you so people land on pricing with your code — easiest path for clean attribution.
  • Recent activity — A simple list of who’s who (with privacy in mind — you’ll see enough to recognize people, not their full private details).

Monthly statements — clear summaries of your success

Directlee can bundle your referred, active earnings into monthly summaries — think of them as a clear picture every month of what you’re owed from that period, in one place. That makes it easier for you and for the team paying you to stay aligned.

When you see Payout history in your affiliate area, those rows are your monthly report cards: period, amount, and status (for example processing or paid). Processing means the numbers are set; paid means that batch has been handled on the payout side.

For taxes or deep accounting, keep your own records too — and keep any agreements Directlee sends you outside the app.
