Building Your First Flow
Flows are step-by-step conversations you design with drag-and-drop blocks. You choose what message the person sees and when—and you can add smart checks, like "Is this person following me?" or "Did they reply in the last 24 hours?"
Message block
This is what your audience sees: a text message, and optionally buttons (e.g. "Yes" or "Get the link"). Add a Message block whenever you want to send something to the user. You can add several in a row for a short sequence.
Condition block
A Condition is a smart check. For example: "Does this person have a certain tag?" or "Are they following me?" or "Did they interact in the last 24 hours?" Depending on the answer (yes or no), the flow continues along different paths—so you can send one message to followers and another to everyone else.
Delay and Action blocks
Delay waits for a set time (e.g. a few minutes or hours) before moving to the next step—useful for follow-up messages. Action blocks do things in the background, like adding a tag to the contact or notifying you, without sending a message to the user.
