First Steps
Get up and running in three simple steps: connect your accounts, turn on live automations, and start replying to your audience.
Step 1: Connect your accounts
Go to Settings → Connections and click Connect for Facebook or Instagram. Choose the Pages you want to manage and allow the requested permissions. Once connected, you can receive and send messages from your dashboard.
Step 2: Turn on live-stream automations (optional)
When you go live, Directlee can automatically reply to comments with a message or keyword. Open Automations, create a new automation, and enable "Only LIVE transmissions." Your replies will only go out during your live broadcast—perfect for promos and sales.
Step 3: Reply from one inbox
Use Inbox to see all conversations from your connected Pages in one place. Switch between your brands or pages using the account selector at the top.
