Connecting Your Accounts
Connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts so Directlee can read comments, send replies, and show your conversations in one inbox. Follow these steps for each account you want to use.
Step 1: Click Connect
Go to Settings, then Connections. You’ll see options to connect Facebook and Instagram. Click Connect for the platform you want to add.
Step 2: Select all your Pages
When Facebook or Instagram asks which Pages to use, select all the Pages you want to manage with Directlee. If you only pick one, the others won’t appear in your dashboard until you connect again and add them.
Step 3: Grant all permissions
Directlee will request permissions to read comments and messages and to send replies on your behalf. These permissions are needed so we can show your inbox, run automations, and respond during live streams. Always allow all requested permissions—otherwise some features won’t work.
Connecting Facebook
Use the same three steps above: go to Settings → Connections, click Connect for Facebook, select every Page you want to manage, and grant all permissions. After that, your Facebook conversations will appear in Inbox and you can set up automations for comments and messages.
Connecting Instagram
In Settings → Connections, click Connect for Instagram. Choose the Instagram account linked to your Page (if you have more than one), select the Page, and allow all permissions. Your Instagram comments and DMs will then be available in Directlee.
