Quick fixes for the most frequent problems. If something still doesn’t work, reconnect your account or contact support.

I don’t see my Page or account

Make sure you clicked Connect and selected all the Pages you want to use. If you skipped one, go to Settings → Connections and connect again. Choose "Select all" so every Page you manage is added.

Automations aren’t sending replies

Check that the automation is turned on. If you use "Only LIVE," replies are sent only while you’re actually live—not on replays or old posts. Also confirm that the keyword matches what people are typing (capital letters and spelling matter).

I was asked to reconnect my account

Facebook and Instagram sometimes require you to grant permissions again. Go to Settings → Connections, disconnect the account if needed, then click Connect and accept all permissions. Your automations and settings will stay; only the connection is refreshed.

Pro tip

After reconnecting, give it a minute and refresh the page. Your Pages and conversations should appear again.
