Directlee
Directlee

The idea in one sentence

When your fan does something you care about, Directlee can automatically do the next right thing — send a DM, drop a link, add a tag, or start a gentle conversation you designed.

No jargon. Just less time in your inbox and more moments where nobody gets ignored.

Examples that feel real

Use the pattern: When your fan does [X] → Directlee automatically does [Y].

  • When your fan writes a certain word in a comment → Directlee sends them a private message with your offer or link.
  • When your fan replies to your story the way you set up → Directlee welcomes them or sends the next step.
  • When your fan comments on a post or reel → Directlee thanks them, sends a DM, or tags them so you see them in one place.
  • When your fan writes during your LIVE → Directlee only jumps in while you’re live — great for flash deals, “type SALE,” or live Q&A.
  • When your fan messages you with a phrase → Directlee answers instantly with what you wrote once, instead of you typing it a hundred times.

You set these up in Automations in your dashboard — pick Instagram, Messenger, or TikTok, then follow the screens. Turn each one on when you’re ready; turn it off anytime.

Live vs everyday posts

Want a rule only when you’re on camera? Use the option that limits it to live. Want something that runs on normal posts and reels too? Leave that live-only option off. You choose the vibe.

“Quick” automations vs Flow Builder

  • Quick automationsOne fan action → one main response (plus the little extras you add, like a tag or link).
  • Flow Builder — A longer, guided chat with buttons and several messages in a row — like a mini tour in the DM.

Both live in Directlee. For the guided path, read The Flow Builder journey.

You stay in control

If you pause automations for a specific person, Directlee won’t auto-reply to them — you handle that relationship by hand.

Room to grow

How many automations you can have on at once depends on your plan. If you’re hitting limits, see Plans, limits, and billing — or upgrade when you’re ready for more headroom.
