Set up automatic replies when someone comments or messages a specific word or phrase—like a product name, "YES," or "INFO." Great for sign-ups, lead magnets, and quick answers during busy streams.

How it works

Create an automation and choose whether it runs on comments or direct messages. Add one or more keywords. When a viewer writes a matching word, Directlee sends your predefined reply. You can combine this with "Only LIVE" so the reply only goes out during your live stream.

Pro tip

Use clear, short keywords (e.g. "PRICE", "LINK") so people get an instant reply. You can create several automations for different keywords and messages.
