Link Instagram to your Facebook Page

Directlee needs the Facebook Page you connect to be linked to the same Instagram Business account you use when you log in with Instagram. This page is a short guide placeholder—we will expand it with screenshots and step-by-step Meta Business Suite instructions.

Why this matters

Meta ties Instagram Business messaging and Page tokens to a specific Page ↔ Instagram link. If you pick a Page that is not linked to your Instagram account, Private Replies and inbox routing can target the wrong identity or fail.

What to do in Meta

  1. Open Facebook (Meta) settings for your Page and Instagram professional account.
  2. Ensure the Instagram account is connected to the correct Facebook Page (Business Suite / Page settings).
  3. In Directlee, use Re-connect Facebook and grant permissions again, then choose the Page that shows your Instagram.
